The company of the Koundourakis brothers, having as values the quality, the consistency, the creativity and the passion for progress & development and with the main direction of the neighborhood bakery, started in 1994 in Moires of the prefecture of Heraklion a unit for the production of bread and confectionery. Two years later he founded the first retail stores: since then he has been constantly growing and today he has four stores and one franchise.
In the year 2000, as part of the continuous development and improvement of the quality of its products, the company started the implementation of a standard unit
with a view to consistent quality for good bread, crackers, pastries and ice cream.
The company, always in the spirit of innovation and development, after continuous research in European markets, pioneers and enters new categories, in the area of the supermarket with packaged fresh bread, toast bread and packaged fine pastries to meet its needs
consumer. Acquires a privately owned fleet, thus managing for the first time to move around the island just a few hours after its production
and with all the necessary procedures of proper handling and transportation. Thus it now competes with the multinational companies in the packaging bakery industry.
